Lincoln is a 2-bedroom, 1-bath option with 1,015 square feet, while Fairfax offers more room. If a second bathroom is important, Madison and Clarendon offer 2-bedroom, 2-bath options. General/Leasing
The leasing office hours are Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM, and Sunday from 12 PM to 5 PM.
Yes. Tours are available during office hours. Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments are preferred.

You can apply online by selecting Apply Now on the Merrifield at Dunn Loring Station Apartments website, choosing your preferred apartment, and completing the application process. A completed rental application and a non-refundable $50 application fee are required for each adult applicant.

Credit history is reviewed based on payment history, outstanding balances, and other information in the credit report. An application with a bankruptcy filed within the past two years will be declined. Older bankruptcies may still require a higher security deposit if the application is approved.
Yes. A guarantor may be accepted if the original applicant does not meet the income requirement. The guarantor must complete the same screening process, have excellent credit, live in Virginia, and qualify after their own housing costs are taken into account. A guarantor will not be approved if the original applicant has severe credit issues.
Yes. The security deposit may change based on the application review. Applicants without regular income, such as those relying on an I-20 or student grants, and without a Social Security number or federal tax ID must provide a two-month deposit. Applicants with regular income but without a Social Security number or federal tax ID must provide a one-month deposit.
After you submit your application, the leasing team begins the review process. This may include verifying income, credit, rental history, and other supporting information. If anything else is needed, the team will reach out with next steps.

Yes. Cats and dogs are welcome, with a maximum of two pets per apartment. Dogs may weigh up to 100 pounds fully grown. There is a $425 non-refundable pet fee per apartment, due at the time of application, along with $50 in monthly pet rent per pet. Snakes and reptiles are prohibited.
As part of the pet approval process, management reviews each dog to confirm it meets the community’s current pet policy.
