Terms And Conditions

Payments equal to two times (x2) your monthly rent amount will not be processed.

Please note, rent payments are due on the first (1st) of each month with a grace period of five (5) days. Rents past due after the fifth (5th) of each month will be charged a late fee pursuant to the lease agreement. Please contact Merrifield at Dunn Loring Station Apartments with questions regarding payment policy.


Effective August 1st, 2020
Debit Card Payment A service fee will be charged based on the payment amount made:

  • Amount is less than $1000: $3.95
  • Amount is equal to or greater than $1000 but less than $2000: $4.95
  • Amount is equal to or greater than $2000: $9.95

ACH Payment A service fee of $1.95 will be charged at the time of payment.

Credit Card Payment A service fee equal to a percentage of payment will be charged.
